Applications for Funding

2015 funding will be open on November 1, 2014.

You must be a non profit 501c3 serving Darke County, Ohio for at least one year to apply.

Apply as a Partner Program

If you are applying as a Partner Program you want to download the following application.

Apply as a Community Fund Recipient

Quarterly Reporting

All Partner Programs awarded funding must submit a quarterly report in order to receive allocated funds.
